Soap and Eye Burritos

More Christmas gifts in the works. These are going to a few very special girls in my life. First pictured is my first melt and pour soap project. It's a super easy, instant gratification craft! I found this project in a book called Sassy Soaps. I made a few modifications by adding cosmetic grade glitter and lavendar essential oil.

Going to the same young ladies, eye burritos, from the t-shirt recon book Tease. This project was originated by Amy Sedaris. They are to be filled with rice as nice cooling eye packs that you keep in the refridgerator.

So hurray! Christmas progress is being made! You may have noticed that I've mentioned the books and patterns that I've been making my gifts from. I'm really trying to make an effort to actually use all of the books and patterns that I have piling around my house this Christmas. No sense spending twenty plus dollars on a book that you're never going to use!
