How about about a cookbook dedicated to ethnic recipes, or trying your hand at a traditional craft? Celebrate the the history that makes you or your gift recipient, unique!

I am IN! :D
The only problem i am having with this challenge is that I am 100% melting pot! English, Dutch, Irish, German, Scottish, Welch, French. Got to figure out a mulit-national project!
