And I quote: "You need to make this for dinner every day. It is SO good." - the Hub
Not too shabby for something I threw together on the fly!
Spinach Walnut Pizza
1/2 recipe of amazingly simple pizza dough I substituted a cup of wheat flour in the dough for this pizza.
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon herbs de provence
1 1/2 - 2 cups of baby spinach
1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts
4-6 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Roll out your dough. Spread olive oil over the surface. Sprinkle with herbs de provence. Layer spinach, walnuts, cheddar and parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

We are currently penny pinching with soup! Pizza sounds much better though!!
Yummy! We are actually doing a lot of penny pinching with soup as well, but this just sounds too good. I have recently come across some wonderful gluten free recipes for pizza dough, so this might have to go on the menu for this week. Thank you for sharing
