Sneak Peek :: Bedroom and Closet
Okay, so this sneak peek isn't going to be half as nice as the first. All of these pictures were taken in crappy light, and the room is kinda messy. But you know what, I am so excited to show you more of the new place that I don't care!
So, this is my bedroom!
Cassie, wait, you're blocking my shot!

The mess - but check out that credenza! $15 dollars on Craigslist baby! I need to switch out some of the handles, then it will be beautiful!
Empty corner, but I think I want a little chair or stool there so that Matt and I can have a place to take our shoes on and off.
Now, apartment dwellers, prepare to be SO JEALOUS! The closet:

Oh look! There's MORE room!
It's like the friggin' road to Narnia - never ending closet space, MWAHAHAHA!
Not pictured, I have two nice windows on the right side of my bed.
So, it's still pretty rough, but so much potential. I can't wait to get some curtains up, and some art on the walls!

I'm so happy for you! I love the wood on the bed, so pretty and the style is great! I adore that spread! Favourite colour!!! And yes, any closet with space is worthy of jealousy! Whoohooo!

I'm jealous of that closet, and I live in a house! Oh, to have a walk-in...I did once, in mine and hubby's second apartment together. It was amazing, even had a little window in it! Have fun getting settled in your new place!
My word that closet!!!! I am beyond jealous!! Storage space is something I never seem to have enough of regardless of where we live!
that is a great closet...we live in a house that was really a summer cottage so closets were not really in the plans. that pillow on your bed with the bird sewing buttons is awesome. did you make it?
Love everything about this post - the cats, the incredible BED! That PILLOW - I want the story behind that, too! The roses - what a gift that hubby of yours is. NEVER would mine do that, sigh. The lovely shape of the room, hope you find just the right item for the empty corner. And good on ya' with the fantastic closet. As a child I had a great cedar-lined walk-in closet with a good sized window. I spent hours in there making it into imaginative places. It was so cozy in winter and cool in summer. So happy you've got this great home.
