20 Questions
Oh bloggity blog, I miss you. This post has been three days in the making! I figured since I've been away so much lately that an epic post was in order. I found this meme via Handmade and Homebaked by Peptogirl, who found it via Freckled Nest. If you want to play along, leave your link on Freckled Nest's blog in the comments!

2. What's the last homecooking you had?
I've been making quite a few tasty things that I've been meaning to share with you. First off, I have been loving September's issue of Martha Stewart's Everyday Food. I made the skillet lasagna which was dee-lish and the whole wheat flat breads with lamb and yogurt.
I also made a batch of peach lassis from gorgeous native peaches that my friend Jess brought over the other day.

Mail love from my college buddy, Evvy!

Pictured here, vintage knitting notions, tasty German cookies, yarn to be re-purposed.

She also sent an adorable tea set! Unfortunately one of the glasses was shattered, and the tea-pot has such deep cracks in it, I do not think it is useable. (Grr, post office). It's pretty to look at though!

This was cause for major excitement...

Squeal! A nice set of circular needles in a vintage case. Awesome!
Thank you so much Evvy, you are such a kind thoughtful friend! Your letter cracked me up!

Your answer to 20, great advice!
Memes are a lot better with personalized photos. :)
I have to agree with Heather, this was awesome with the photos.
I mentioned the Boston Ballet Company in my last email, and I had no idea you worked there.
We lived in Boston for the first 6 years of my life, and my parents took me to see my first few performances there. It was just magical.
Starting your own dance company, that is so amazing. I hope that you will keep us updated. I wish you so much success and joy with that, I am sure that it must be exciting and very time consuming :).
Thank you for including me on your list. I have been enjoying reading your blog everyday as well, and it is so great how many of us have found each other through the Vintage Swap
