Meet and Greet

Remember this little guy? Well he's three months old now and I still hadn't gotten a chance to meet him. Matt and I were finally able to drive down for a little breakfast meet and greet today.

This is me saying "Hello, little face!"

Hello little face!

Aunty snuggles are good. Aaron had no problem settling right in!

Aunty snuggles!

Look at that Charlie Brown head! So soft and sweet!

I couldn't believe how tiny he still is. It made me glad, for a bit of a funny reason, because the 0-3 month sized hat that I knit for him way back was actually a little big on him. Phew! I'm glad he'll get to wear it for more than a day!

My brother made a seriously scrumptious breakfast for us and I promptly went home and fell straight asleep by reason of food coma. How much better could a Sunday get, really?

Today I'm thankful for baby snuggles, baby smell and tiny feet. I'm grateful for midday naps. I'm grateful for kitty snuggles. What are you thankful for today?

Nothing is better than a baby who snuggles back! What a cutie, so peaceful and sweet. Glad you got to have some squish-time!
