Coffee? Tea? Hot Chocolate?
I've noticed lately that I'm very drawn to images of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and the various mugs/cups/presses or what not that those beverages are served in. Weird? I wonder if there is some subliminal thing with coffee/tea/hot cocoa causes it to be really compelling to me, who knows!?
Anyways, with a lack of finished projects to post, (there are a few in the works), I thought I would share as many of my hot beverage related flickr faves as I could squeeze into one mosaic. There were a ton! Enjoy!

what an excellent photo set. i love tea cups/pots etc. to me there is something a bit romantic (not really the word i want but don't know quite how else to phrase it) about the ritual of tea.
my dad collects tea pots - not sure why he just always has. he now has at least 55 - 60, all different shapes, sizes and designs. one i like is the Charles and Diana commemorative teapot. Unfortunately we have yet to find a Charles and Camilla pot to make the collection complete!!!!

I loved this mosaic! Coffee cups and teacups are so charming and soothing. That owly mug is my favorite thing today.
I, too, love mugs and warm beverages . . . they are SO soothing . . . and this mosaic is LOVELY! I just ordered a t-shirt from REMO with a coffee mug on it . . . mugs are definitely one of those things that I collect, like shoes . . .and cool earrings. And art supplies. (and your mom's tea towels are LOVELY!) Something about tea makes me want to say LOVELY! a lot. Sorry about that.
