Wiggle your big toe

Yesterday was definitely a bad day. Everything that everyone said to me seemed to make my brain throb. Here I Illustrated it for you:

Today I was thinking that yesterday was just shite-tastic, as I like to say, and I was thinking of how I can do something to make that better. From my fabulous artistic rendering one might deduct that I'm feeling a little overwhelmed lately. I'm completely one of those artistic scatterbrained types that can't concentrate on anything in an environment that is so overwhelming, therefore I'm resolving to wiggle my big toe.
Have you all seen Kill Bill Vol. 1? I love that sequence when the Bride is trying to wiggle her toe. That's what I feel like I need to do...one thing at a time. Today I cleaned off the kitchen table and put a pretty table cloth on it. Ah, instantly the kitchen feels somewhat cleaner. I went to the grocery store and bought special gourmet things like fresh mozarella in water and prosciutto and the most crappy food like stuff alive Tastycake cupcakes. Came home, promptly ate four of said chocolate cupcakes, and I feel the psychosis slowly wearing away.
So today I'm feeling a little calmer, a little more zen, slightly more prepared to tackle things. As long as it's one thing at a time. Everything else is just going to have to wait it's turn.

Yes! Cupcakes work everytime - I buy the immitation Hostess chocolate ones in the vending machine. Those things are worth every quarter I pump into one of those darn machines...
I like the "wiggle your toe" comparison - and I like the idea of drawing out the frustration . . . passionate doodles of pain . . . get it all out!
