Winter Blahs

I can't believe that it's been so long since my last post. I seriously think that I'm going through post holiday blah-ness this year or something. I haven't posted because I have absolutely nothing to post. I have achieved nothing crafty in the past two weeks whatsoever! I've put up curtains in the "craft room in progress." In progress meaning that I have torn everything to bits in there and put up some curtains to appease the nastiness of it all. Sigh.



I do however have some lovely new earrings from Vento na Praia. These are so gorgeous in person and I'm showing two of the same picture because with/without flash they both have their faults. These set me back like eleven dollars, and that included shipping from Portugal - holy awesomeness that's all I've got to say. These are definitely new favorites.

Since I've been so unproductive I'd thought I'd share a few linkety links:

Noel the Puppy: A few people at my mum's place of work read my blog and they have been asking after Noel, a story I told my mum about. WARNING if you click on this link and you love animals this will most likely make you cry. Noel is a puppy with extensive injuries that Bernie has taken in. She runs a not for profit animal shelter that retrains and cares for dogs that have been in extreme abusive situations. They think that Noel was a "bait dog" meaning that she was used for baits in dog fights. I think my brother in law put it best, "The people that would do that should be let loose in an open field and chased with shotguns." Haha - what a hunter response!

SuperBuzzy has updated their wares and I am completely speechless with drool for all of their new products. If. only. I. had. any. money! Love this, this should be in my kitchen somehow, muy bien!, adore this!
